The focus is on clarity, alignment, and steady momentum, not quick fixes or drastic pivots.

Meet Emma
After a decade in tech as a product designer for companies including Google, PayPal, Talkspace and various startups, Emma found herself at an inflection point. She wanted to combine her experience leading teams through complex creative challenges with her desire to offer meaningful, human support to the people around her.
In her coaching, Emma integrates design thinking and creative problem-solving with natural warmth and authentic care. She helps clients clarify what they truly want, navigate uncertainty with steadiness, and build careers and lives that feel aligned and intentional.
Emma graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Psychology and has a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. She is a Certified Professional Coach (C.P.C) who completed her training through an ICF-recognized coach training program. Her coaching approach is informed by the International Coaching Federation’s Core Competencies.

Whether as an entry point into coaching or a re-engagement booster for former clients, single sessions offer flexible support when you need it. Book a focused, hourly session to clarify a decision, troubleshoot a challenge, or map out what kind of ongoing coaching structure would be best for you. Each session blends reflection with real-world experimentation. You'll leave with more clarity and small, doable next steps.

We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation as a way to connect and understand what you’re hoping to move toward. You’re welcome to share what feels stuck, evolving, or uncertain, and ask any questions about how we work. From there, you can decide whether coaching feels like the right next step.
